At Westcliff Early Learning Academy, we blend Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and nature-inspired approaches to create learning experiences that celebrate each child’s individuality. Our teachers guide children thoughtfully, supporting their holistic growth—academically, socially, and emotionally—while fostering independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

Director, Westcliff Early Learning Academy
As Director of Westcliff Early Learning Academy, Jasmine Boller leads with heart, expertise, and a deep commitment to nurturing each child’s curiosity, confidence, and independence. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a degree in cognitive science, Jasmine combines her academic foundation with more than a decade of hands-on experience in Montessori education and school leadership, including roles at LePort Schools and Guidepost Montessori.
Guided by the Montessori philosophy and inspired by the natural curiosity of children, Jasmine believes in creating a learning community where educators, families, and children grow together. Her vision for Westcliff Early Learning Academy is to cultivate an environment where every child feels heard, supported, and celebrated—encouraging exploration, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
